Selection Principle of Air Blowing and Suction

When the heat distribution in the system is uneven and the special area needs centralized cooling, the air blowing mode is adopted, the air outlet is directly aimed at the cooled part, the air volume is concentrated, and the air pressure is large; the system is positive pressure, and the dust is not easy to enter. The disadvantage is that the wind speed is uneven and there is a dead zone (low speed zone). According to the different inlet air, it may also be in the local backflow zone; after the inlet air passes through the fan, the temperature will rise.

When the resistance in the system is large and the heat distribution is more uniform, the suction mode is adopted. There is no dead zone in the system, and the wind speed is uniform, which can flow through the cooled surface more evenly. The disadvantage is that the negative pressure in the system, dust is easy to enter in the harsh environment, and the ambient temperature of the fan is high, which affects the service life.
